About TPC Coaching Academy
Helping you become the coach you want to be.
Most coaching programmes hand you a model to follow. We help you discover who you are as a coach.
A model tells you what to do. Deep, psychologically-informed development helps you notice what is actually happening in the room and respond to it. That is what coaches working at the highest levels do. Their clients know the difference immediately.
Rooted in the coaching profession.
We have been at the centre of coaching's development for 30 years. Our roots go back to Sir John Whitmore, the pioneer who brought coaching from elite sport into the boardroom.
Working alongside Whitmore, our founder Charles Brook and Dr. Andrew McDowell helped develop the first Masters degree in coaching and built the evidence base and curriculum standards that serious coach development is still measured against today.
We worked with the EMCC to establish the accreditation framework that now underpins professional coaching across Europe.
Developing coaches for the work happening now.
Coaching is changing. The contexts coaches are asked to work in, the pace, the complexity, the human stakes, demand more than established models can address alone.
Our programmes evolve continuously, shaped by what we see in practice with coaches working across the world's leading firms, global corporations, and international institutions.
Our faculty bring PhDs, decades of applied coaching, and direct experience of the environments you will work in.
WYSE International
Through WYSE International, our social enterprise, we extend that commitment beyond the boardroom, developing coaches in under-resourced communities and working with people who would otherwise never access coaching.
The same rigour. The same depth. The reach is the difference.
You leave with more than a qualification.
You leave with a clearer sense of who you are in the room, a practice grounded in evidence and experience, and a connection to a profession that is still finding out what it is capable of.
